The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Workshop / Production Manager to lead our skilled team and oversee the daily operations of our busy workshop.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure the team delivers high-quality, timely, and cost-effective repairs that meet industry standards and customer expectations. You’ll work closely with technicians, parts suppliers, and admin staff, and play a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day production and workshop operations
• Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are followed
• Process incoming vehicles and oversee workflow
• Coordinate and manage parts, paint, and consumables
• Monitor repair progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Support profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and delegate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• A practical, problem-solving mindset
• A safety-first attitude with high attention to detail
