AMA Collision Mitcham is a spacious repair facility with a friendly team of 27 staff, completing high-quality small to medium repairs for our customers. The site offers plenty of onsite parking and is easily accessible by train. Our workshop is fully equipped with modern repair technology, including five spray booths and large work bays.
We also offer great staff facilities, including a coffee machine and a large lunchroom. Our team enjoys a supportive culture, a stable workflow, and a 5-day working week.
The Opportunity – 12-Month Contract
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at AMA Collision Mitcham on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensuring the customer area is always welcoming and professional
- Greeting customers on arrival
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates
- Contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with their AMA experience
- Managing telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory tasks (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
About You
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role
- Highly professional, personable, and skilled at building relationships
- Strong computer abilities and confidence with systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- A team player who works effectively and collaboratively
