The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Qualified Panel Beater to join our team at Gemini Mitchell. This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday—no weekends!

You’ll be working in a supportive environment with experienced management, modern facilities, and consistent, long-term work. We offer great pay for great skills and a chance to be part of a respected and stable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and check parts for accuracy and damage
• Disassemble vehicles in line with job sheets
• Complete panel repairs in accordance with OEM standards and repair methods
• Reassemble vehicles post-repair
• Handle all vehicles, tools, and equipment with care and professionalism
• Follow safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Panel Beater with hands-on experience (Essential)
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• A positive, team-first attitude
