The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Workshop/Production Manager to lead our high-performing team at Gemini Port Kennedy.

In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring repair methods align with estimates and industry best practices — all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

You’ll be working in a spacious, well-resourced facility alongside a committed team that takes pride in doing things right the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing workflow and job allocation across the workshop
  • Ensuring adherence to repair methods and high-quality standards
  • Supporting and guiding technicians and workshop staff
  • Liaising with Estimators and other departments to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar Workshop or Production Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of panel repair processes and production management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
