Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, modern equipment, and a spacious layout, our workshop supports a skilled team of 42 professionals committed to quality workmanship and efficient turnaround times.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused Repair Centre Manager to lead our high-performing team. Reporting to the State Manager and working alongside an experienced Assistant Manager and established leadership team, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive team performance, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to ongoing business growth.

As the region’s trusted provider of spray painting, panel beating and mechanical repairs, we’re looking for a leader who can continue to raise the bar.

What You’ll Bring

• A proactive, hands-on and solutions-driven leadership style
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational reporting
• Strong people management and team development skills
• A commitment to maintaining high WHS standards
• Automotive industry experience in a similar leadership, business management role.
