The team at AMA Collision Tingalpa have everything they need to carry out their work: Car-O-Liner welding, pulling and measuring equipment; speed benches; 2-post lift; floor rack; dust extractors; two Lowbake paint ovens; Glasurit refinishing products; and good, clean working conditions. They work together as a team, and share free BBQ and pizza lunches every month.

The site is easy to access from public transport and the Gateway Motorway (M1), with room for staff parking.

As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team. What You'll Do:

  • Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
  • Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
