The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and quality-focused Panel Beater to join our team at RMA Hallam. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and well-equipped setting.

Position Details

• Type: Permanent Full-Time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Overtime: Available upon request
• Location: Hallam, VIC

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify received parts for accuracy and quality.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as per repair specifications.
• Conduct repairs following OEM standards and job guidelines.
• Handle all vehicles with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain and responsibly use company tools and equipment.
• Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility in working hours; open to discussing flexible arrangements.
