AMA Group is the leading name in collision repair and associated auto parts across Australia and New Zealand. We’re looking for a skilled Finance Analyst to support the General Manager Finance – Collision, working from our office in St Kilda Road.

This role is ideal for a driven finance professional who thrives on analysis, reporting, and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders provide data-driven insights into the business.
• Conduct scenario and variance analysis across business units
• Support commercial initiatives and capital planning
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports and presentations
• Drive continuous improvement streamlining and improving of internal reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting for internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Engineering, plus CA/CPA/CFA or near completion.
• Proven experience in FP&A or similar finance roles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and Power BI capability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Desirable:

• An analytical mindset and an interest in driving commercial processes.
• Strong financial modelling skills, ability to build new reporting & SQL experience.
• Exposure to industrial, services, or collision repair sectors
