We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Gemini Rockhampton
This role will be full-time, 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave with an immediate start.
As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
- Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
