The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Workshop/ Production Manager to lead our panel, paint technicians and workshop team.

You report and work with our Repair Centre Manager and will be responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop and that quality is the primary focus.

If you are on the workshop floor in a similar lead role and want to showcase your leadership skills, this may be for you.

Permanent position. 

What You'll Do:

• Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost effective quality repairs are carried out
• Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations
• Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the housekeeping within the workshop 

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in similar leadership/ management role within the collision repair industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to set and adhere to deadlines
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications in particular excel
• The ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team
