About the Opportunity
As a Repair Business Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational success, team performance, and customer satisfaction within your centre.
Reporting to the State Area Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor workshop teams
- Oversee daily repair operations and workflow efficiency
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Drive productivity and performance outcomes
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within collision repair (or a similar industry)
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines
- Commercial awareness and operational focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
