• 4 Car-O-Liner benches with advanced computerised measuring systems
• Car-O-Liner spot welder and MIG welders
• 3 spray booths and multiple preparation bays equipped with the latest infrared technology

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Micra Breadalbane

Role responsibilities

• Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
• Greeting customers on arrival.
• Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
• Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
• Telephone and email correspondence
• Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

• Proven experience within a Customer Service position
• Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
•  Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
