About Us

BF Panels is a large, purpose-built collision repair centre located just off the Riverina Highway between Albury and Thurgoona. Our workshop features state-of-the-art technology including two full-size Car-O-Liner systems, computerised measuring equipment, three Lowbake spray booths, advanced welding gear and more.

We’re a team of 40 professionals working together in a clean, modern facility with onsite towing, storage, and a 4WD retail outlet. With a strong team culture, reliable hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00–4:30), and a supportive, family-feel environment — this is a great place to grow your career and enjoy long-term stability.

The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a Qualified Panel Beater to join our team in Thurgoona. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent conditions, great people, and all the latest tools at your fingertips.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect and confirm parts received are correct and undamaged
• Disassemble vehicles in line with job sheets
• Complete quality repairs to manufacturer and OEM standards
• Reassemble vehicles with care and accuracy
• Maintain clean, safe work practices and handle all tools and equipment responsibly
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE guidelines

What You’ll Need

• Qualified and experienced Panel Beater (Essential)
• NSW Tradesperson Certificate (Required)
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to safety
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude
