Autoco Phillip is a busy panel shop partnered with major insurers and can ensure a steady flow of work. Our large, supportive team of 26 specialise in a variety of work from small to large repairs and are well equipped with the latest in technology including 3 Car-O-Liner systems. We are easily accessible by public transport and can offer a fun and supportive work environment for good wages.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join the team at Autoco Phillip.

Are you experienced in collision repair estimating? Or are you on the workshop floor with quoting experience?

We are busy collision repair workshop with a great team. You will have a secure position and become an integral part of our team, delivering quality to our customers.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday 7.30am-5pm.

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers.

 

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable, hard working and a team player.
