The Opportunity

Vehicle Estimator | Full-Time Permanent

As a Vehicle Estimator, you will:

  • Prepare accurate and timely repair quotations in line with insurer and company requirements
  • Complete estimates onsite, offsite, and through digital platforms
  • Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging of damage
  • Manage the vehicle assessment process from intake through to repair handover
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when returning completed vehicles to customers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within the collision repair industry (essential)
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive attitude and team-focused approach
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and reliably
