The site is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and a full in-house mechanical workshop – giving you and your team the tools to deliver high-quality work every time.
The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Repair Centre Manager to lead our Pinkenba team. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the State Area Manager. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, team leadership, performance management, and driving business success.

Role responsibilities
Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
- Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
- Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
- Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
