Full-time | Brand New Facility Opening mid 2026

Join the team at AMA Collision as we prepare to open our brand-new AMA Collision Mackay site in mid 2026. Located on John Vella Drive, Paget, this purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility is designed to set a new benchmark for insured vehicle repairs in the region.

Our new workshop will feature three Lowbake spray booths and prep bays, 16 repair and refit bays, and the latest in repair technology including Car-O-Liner and aluminium booth to help our team deliver exceptional results for customers.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our growing Mackay team from day one.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Repair Estimator / Insurance Loss Adjuster to join our team. If you have prior experience in a panel shop, we want to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
