The Opportunity:

We’re excited to announce a full-time, permanent opening for an experienced Automotive Estimator/Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our expanding team at our second site in Wagga Wagga. This position offers Monday to Friday hours.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in the panel industry is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and work providers.
  • Expertise in providing accurate vehicle quotes within time frames and in line with insurance guidelines and average repair cost targets.
  • Ability to complete quotes on-site, off-site, and online as needed.
  • Experience with vehicle arrival inspections, mapping, and imaging.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for managing parts, suppliers, and ensuring repairs are completed on time and within budget.
