The Opportunities

We have an exciting opportunity for 1 x Parts Manager and 1 x Customer Service Officer to join the team. 

These positions are permanent, full-time Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do:

Parts Manager

  •  Receive list of parts needed
  • Unpack and inspect parts arriving on site
  • Deliver parts to the vehicle being repaired
  • Organise awaiting parts and credits
  • Maintain accurate records of parts received / returned
  • Previous experience with Parts Checks and Audanet (preferred, not essential)

Customer Service Officer:

  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
  • Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries
  • Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experience
  • Manage phone and email correspondence

What We're Looking For?

  • Excellent customer service skills including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Strong interested in motor vehicles and the automotive sector
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
