Our modern, mid-sized workshop is clean, well-equipped, and features a Car-O-Liner system, floor racks, and two spray booths. The team enjoys regular BBQs, birthday celebrations, and convenient off-street parking in an easily accessible location.

The Opportunity

We're currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Micra Eastern Shore.

Work Schedule: 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for customers
• Greet and assist customers upon arrival
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and estimated completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction post-service
• Manage phone and email communications
• Assist with inventory (parts, paint, consumables)
• Coordinate with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

About You

• Previous experience in customer service
• Professional, personable, and relationship-focused
• Strong computer skills and systems knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to meet deadlines and work well in a team environment
