Accounts Payable Officer - Entry Level

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at our Arundel Office

This role will suit someone looking to build or continue their career in Accounts Payable & Finance within a supportive team environment.

You’ll work alongside a supportive Accounts Payable team and receive on-the-job training to build your skills and confidence.

This is a full-time permanent role offering stability, training and clear career progression as part of the wider AMA Group. You’ll be based at our Arundel Office, with the opportunity for work-from-home flexibility once training is completed.

Role Responsibilities

• Processing purchase invoices and assisting with weekly payments
• Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
• Responding to invoice and payment enquiries
• Investigating and helping resolve discrepancies
• Working closely with the wider Accounts Payable team to meet deadlines

(Full training provided – we don’t expect you to know everything on day one.)

• Some exposure to Accounts Payable, administration or office-based work OR strong willingness to learn
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
• Reliable, organised and detail-focused
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment
