The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Estimator to join the team at RPM Edwardstown.

Are you experienced in collision repair estimating? Or perhaps you're on the workshop floor and have quoting experience and are ready to take the next step?

We're a busy, established collision repair workshop with a secure, permanent full-time role available (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week). Experience with Audanet and iBodyshop is a bonus.

We’re especially interested in hearing from Brisbane-based candidates who are open to relocating — and we’ll support your move with a relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and within company and insurer guidelines.
• Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping and imaging.
• Manage and order parts efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure all extra work is approved.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
• Hand over completed vehicles to customers with care and professionalism.

• Previous experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• High attention to detail and great work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
