Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our growing collision repair network in Victoria. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive remuneration and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
• Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with industry targets and procedures
• Complete quotes onsite, offsite, and online
• Conduct arrival inspections, including damage mapping and vehicle imaging
• Coordinate parts ordering for efficient and cost-effective repairs
• Liaise with suppliers for additional authorised work
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition
• Confidently hand over completed vehicles to customers

About You

• Proven experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated
