Norm Flynn Smash Repairs is a long-established, locally owned business based in the heart of beautiful Busselton – a coastal town famous for its beaches, wineries, and relaxed lifestyle. We’re a growing team of 18 professionals and are looking for 1 x Qualified Panel Beater and 1 x Automotive Spray Painter to join us.

About You

• Trade-qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter
• Previous experience in the collision repair industry
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to safety
• Team player with a great attitude

What You’ll Do

Panel Beater

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as per job sheets
• Inspect parts for fitment and defects
• Perform quality repairs to OEM standards

Spray Painter

• Complete paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures
• Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
