The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our friendly and growing team. Whether you're a qualified Estimator or a workshop professional with strong quoting experience, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time, permanent position—Monday to Friday only—with no weekend work.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and insurance partners.
• Accurately quote vehicles, both onsite and online, in line with repair cost targets and company procedures.
• Perform vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
• Manage repair parts to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering.
• Liaise with suppliers to authorise additional work as required.
• Ensure vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition.
• Conduct customer handovers upon repair completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in the collision repair industry (Essential)
• Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking, and a genuine team player
