The Opportunity

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officers who would like to be considered for current and future permanent opportunities across our Townsville sites.

Sites:

AMA Collision Townsville - Mount St John

AMA Collision Mackley St - Garbutt

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers while providing vital administrative support to our teams and leaders, ensuring a smooth and positive repair experience.

Typical role details may include:

  • Permanent, full-time positions
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Standard business hours (e.g. 8:00am – 4:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and customer-focused environment
  • Greet customers and assist with enquiries
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including expected completion dates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage phone and email correspondence
  • Support management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Professional, personable, and confident in building relationships
  • Strong computer skills and experience using business systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
