The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paint Shop Team Leader to join the team at AMA Collision Wangara.

Are you a Trade Qualified Painter looking to advance your career into management? You will support guide and mentor our team of painters, preppers and spray apprentices to improve quality and efficiency on the workshop floor.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be able to work autonomously, and you will take pride in delivering high quality work for our customers. Effective communication a must.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Role responsibilities

• Complete paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures
• Sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily
• Any adhoc duties as directed by leadership

Does this sound like you? 

• Be a Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
• Have experience in Collision Repair industry (essential)
• Have full Australian Working rights and valid drivers licence
