The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Paint Shop Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Trade Qualified Spray Painter ready to step up into a leadership role.

You’ll lead and mentor our paint shop team—including painters, preppers, and apprentices—to drive quality and efficiency across the workshop floor.

This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work with a passionate and supportive crew in a professional environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and complete paint work to company standards and procedures
• Approve final colours and perform minor adjustments for a flawless finish
• Maintain spray booths, robots, and equipment daily
• Lead by example and support team development
• Perform additional duties as required by leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified Spray Painter (essential)
• Experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
• Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
