People Partner

AMA Collision is looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People team. This is far more than a traditional HR Generalist role, it's an opportunity to partner with operational leaders, navigate complex people matters and contribute to the continued evolution of our People function.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with operational leaders across Victoria, NSW and ACT
• Coach and support leaders through employee and industrial relations matters
• Conduct investigations and manage performance, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Build leadership capability through practical coaching and advice
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational change
• Analyse workforce trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll bring

• Experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Generalist role
• Exposure to Blue Collar industry
• Strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
• Confidence managing investigations and complex workplace matters
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
• Commercial thinking and a pragmatic approach
• Experience supporting operational or multi-site businesses (highly regarded)
