With strong partnerships with leading insurers, we offer consistent work from Monday to Friday, with optional overtime available.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Automotive Spray Painter to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our busy collision repair workshop. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality paint finishes and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Position Overview:

• Full-time, permanent role
• Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
• Located in Hobart

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spray painting tasks to industry standards
• Ensure color accuracy and make final adjustments as needed
• Maintain spray booths, tools, and robotic equipment
• Carry out other duties as directed by leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Spray Painter (essential)
• Previous experience in collision repair (essential)
• Valid Australian work rights and driver’s license
• Flexible work arrangements can be discussed
