We're looking for an experienced Workshop/ Production Manager from the smash industry to join the team at AMA Collision .

You will be supporting the Centre Manager and managing and guiding production team within the workshop.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost effective quality repairs are carried out
• Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations
• Assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the housekeeping within the workshop 

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in similar leadership/ management role within the collision repair industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to set and adhere to deadlines
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications in particular excel
• The ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team
