Lead a High-Performing Team at One of Melbourne’s Top Collision Repair Centres

Are you an experienced leader ready to take charge of a cutting-edge collision repair facility? We’re looking for a talented Centre Manager to lead operations at our modern Correct Accident Repairs centre in North Melbourne.

As part of the AMA Group – Australia’s largest automotive repair network – you’ll be joining a company where people come first. You’ll manage a team of 14 skilled professionals, delivering high-quality repair work in a fully equipped, conveniently located workshop close to public transport.

Your Role

As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire operation, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workshop operations, production scheduling, and workflow coordination
  • Maintain high standards across quoting accuracy, parts management, and repair quality
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and insurance/work provider partners
  • Monitor key performance indicators and job costing to meet financial targets
  • Lead, support, and develop your team to create a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Ensure strict adherence to WHS procedures and proactively manage site safety

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading and managing teams
  • Background as a Centre or Workshop Manager (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Organised, results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of operational and financial site management
