Winter & Taylor, Corio is a large spacious workshop with modern facilities and are fully equipped with all the latest in repair technology including Car-O-Liner systems and five spray booths.

Our solid team of 30 work together and support each other to provide the highest quality repairs for our customers. There is plenty of free street parking available and we are in an easy to reach location from the Geelong city centre. Close to V/line train station and Geelong bus route system. Easy access to Melbourne’s Western Suburbs and celebrate our success with monthly lunches.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join the team at Winter and Taylor, Corio.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers.

  • Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable, hard working and a team player.
