Winter & Taylor, Corio is a large, spacious workshop with modern facilities, fully equipped with the latest in repair technology — including Car-O-Liner systems and five spray booths.

Our solid team of 30 work together and support each other to provide the highest quality repairs for our customers. There is plenty of free street parking available, and we’re in an easy-to-reach location from the Geelong city centre — close to the V/Line train station and Geelong bus routes. With easy access to Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, we also celebrate our success with monthly team lunches.

• Qualified Panel Beater
• Qualified Spray Painter

Both are full-time positions (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) with regular overtime available for those wanting more.

1. Panel Beater Role

Responsibilities

• Check received parts are correct and free from defects
• Disassemble vehicles as per job sheet
• Repair vehicles following OEM standards and repair methods
• Reassemble vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• Handle all vehicles, tools, and equipment with due care and attention
• Adhere to OH&S policy, including correct use of PPE

2. Spray Painter Role

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and parts for painting, including masking and priming
• Mix and apply paint to match existing colours and finishes
• Operate and maintain spray booths and painting equipment
• Ensure a high-quality finish in line with company and OEM standards
• Handle all vehicles, tools, and equipment with due care and attention
• Adhere to OH&S policy, including correct use of PPE
