Micra Hobart is a welcoming and productive team of 15 who all work well together completing a variety of private and insurer repairs: Everyone works to the same goal, sharing their talents and knowledge.

Our site is a neat and tidy workshop and equipped with modern tooling including Car-O-Liner systems, 1 hoist and 2 Spray booths the equipment, tools and facilities are modern and well looked after. There’s plenty of free street parking out the front. Every month, the team enjoys a free staff lunch on site.

 

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Micra Accident Repair Centre, Hobart.

Permanent position, full-time position. 8am- 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends!

We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.


Role responsibilities

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival.
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs 

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Experience in automotive Customer Service (preferred)
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  •  Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Full Australian work rights
