We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Automotive Paint Prepper to join our growing team.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday - no weekends!

Whether you're currently working in a paint prep role or you're a qualified spray painter looking for a change, this is a great opportunity to join a business that values your skills and supports your growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing vehicles for paint, including priming, buffing, and denibbing
• Ensuring a high-quality surface is ready for spraying, as per the job sheet
• Handling all vehicles with care and attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean and organised work bay
• Following all OH&S and PPE protocols to keep yourself and the team safe

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in paint preparation or automotive painting
• A strong focus on quality and safety
• Great attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
