The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Woollards, Shepparton.
We are seeking a Customer Service professional who will assist and support our wider team and managers with administration support, while providing customers with regular updates regarding their vehicle repairs. A professional phone manner, positive attitude, and the ability to confidently manage and resolve customer concerns or complaints are a must.
Permanent position. Monday to Friday. 8am–4:30pm.

Role Responsibilities
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-focused manner
- Actively resolving issues and escalating concerns when required to ensure positive outcomes
- Contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc.)
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Demonstrated experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship-building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
