With advanced equipment including two spray booths and Car-O-Liner systems, we’re set up for success.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Workshop/Production Manager to join our team at RMA Hallam.

In this key role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the workshop, uphold repair standards, and maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff
• Oversee the intake and processing of vehicles
• Assist with ordering and receiving parts, paint, and consumables
• Manage repair processes to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
• Drive production to meet productivity targets and customer expectations
• Contribute to the site’s profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation

About You

• Proven experience in a management role within the collision repair industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of setting and meeting deadlines
• Competent in delegating tasks and managing workflow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Motivational leadership style with a team-first attitude
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
