Our expert team of 25 specialists operates in a modern workshop equipped with cutting-edge tools, including:

  • 4 Car-O-Liner benches with state-of-the-art computerised measuring systems
  • Car-O-Liner spot welders and MIG welders
  • 3 spray booths and multiple preparation bays featuring advanced infrared technology

We offer a safe, friendly, and supportive environment, along with ongoing training, excellent on-site facilities (including a lunchroom with a scenic view), and ample parking.

The Role: Customer Service Officer

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
  • Greet customers upon arrival
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, including estimated completion times
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service
  • Manage communication via phone and email
  • Assist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Professional, approachable, and confident in building strong relationships
  • Proficient in computer systems and communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A team player who works effectively with others
