The Opportunities
We are currently seeking both a Qualified Panel Beater and a Vehicle Assembler to join our friendly team at RPM Narellan, Smeaton Grange. These are permanent positions offering competitive pay for the right candidates.

Role 1: Qualified Panel Beater
Role Responsibilities
- Disassemble vehicles according to Job Sheets
- Repair vehicles in line with Repair Methods, OEM standards, and Estimates
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
- Follow all OH&S policies, including correct use of PPE
Does this sound like you?
- Experienced and Qualified Panel Beater (Essential)
- NSW Trade Licence (Required)

Role 2: Vehicle Assembler
Role Responsibilities
- Reassemble vehicles following Job Sheets and repair plans
- Fit panels, trims, lights, and components with precision and care
- Perform final checks to ensure quality and completeness
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean working condition
- Adhere to all OH&S policies and PPE requirements
Does this sound like you?
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Assembler (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
