The Opportunities

We are currently seeking both a Qualified Panel Beater and a Vehicle Assembler to join our friendly team at RPM Narellan, Smeaton Grange. These are permanent positions offering competitive pay for the right candidates.

Role 1: Qualified Panel Beater

Role Responsibilities

  • Disassemble vehicles according to Job Sheets
  • Repair vehicles in line with Repair Methods, OEM standards, and Estimates
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
  • Follow all OH&S policies, including correct use of PPE

Does this sound like you?

  • Experienced and Qualified Panel Beater (Essential)
  • NSW Trade Licence (Required)
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Role 2: Vehicle Assembler

Role Responsibilities

  • Reassemble vehicles following Job Sheets and repair plans
  • Fit panels, trims, lights, and components with precision and care
  • Perform final checks to ensure quality and completeness
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean working condition
  • Adhere to all OH&S policies and PPE requirements

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Assembler (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Commitment to safe work practices
