The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and Qualified Panel Beater to join our Thurgoona team.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering:

• Above-award pay
• Long-term job security
• Monday to Friday work (40 hours per week)
• A spacious, well-equipped workshop designed to help you perform at your best
• Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship for suitably qualified applicants

What You’ll Do

Panel Beater Responsibilities:

• Disassemble vehicles in line with job sheets and repair methods
• Complete high-quality repairs to OEM and manufacturer standards
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality requirements

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater
• NSW Trade Certificate (or willingness to obtain if relocating)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A safety-first mindset
• Reliable, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
