The Opportunity

We are seeking 1 x Qualified Panel Beater and 1 x Experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our Thurgoona team.

Both roles are full-time, permanent positions offering:

What You'll Do

Depending on your role and skillset, duties may include:

Panel Beater Responsibilities

• Disassembling vehicles in line with job sheets and repair methods
• Completing high-quality repairs to OEM and manufacturer standards
• Ensuring all work meets safety and quality requirements

Vehicle Estimator Responsibilities

• Accurately quoting vehicle repairs in a timely manner, in line with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
• Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
• Processing vehicles onsite, including vehicle arrival inspections, damage mapping, and imaging
• Liaising with insurers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Handing over completed repairs to customers and ensuring a positive customer experience

General Responsibilities

• Maintaining WHS standards and using appropriate PPE at all times

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in one of these roles, you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater and/or proven experience as a Vehicle Estimator
• NSW Trade Certificate (or willingness to obtain if relocating interstate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• A safety-first mindset
• Reliable, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
