Our spacious facilities span two sites, equipped with 5 spray booths and 3 Car-O-Liner systems, allowing us to handle a wide range of repair jobs, from small to large-scale. The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Repair Centre Manager to lead our team at AMA Collision Phillip. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily operations, driving performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent long-term career prospects and the chance to be part of the wider AMA Group network.

What You’ll Be Doing
Workshop & Production Management
Overseeing the daily operations of the workshop to ensure repair targets are met, and vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition, maintaining AMA and Work Provider quality standards.
Quality, Quoting & Vehicle Oversight
Providing accurate and comprehensive quotes, while managing quality control to ensure all vehicles meet the highest repair standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Service
Delivering exceptional customer service by communicating promptly and professionally with clients and work providers.
Financial & Operational Reporting
Managing site profitability by overseeing P&Ls, budgets, job costing, and KPIs, using company tools to track and improve site performance.
Team Leadership
Leading and motivating your team to ensure adequate coverage and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture. Building strong relationships with work providers and internal teams is essential.
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
Maintaining a safe and compliant environment by following WHS policies and procedures. Ensuring all incidents and near misses are promptly reported and addressed.
