At Gemini Wangara we are a large, modern workshop with a family friendly feel. We do a variety of repairs from small to large.

Our dedicated team of 22 work together as one to achieve the best quality repairs. Air-conditioned lunchroom, central location and stable work opportunities.

 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team on a permanent basis.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managers with administrative duties while keeping our customers updated about their vehicle repairs.

  • Permanent Position
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
  • Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries
  • Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experience
  • Manage phone and email correspondence
  • Support management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
