Our friendly team of 18 enjoy working together and have access to the latest equipment including Car-O-Liner systems and Speed Benches, Prep Bays and 2 Spray Booths.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Collision Repair Estimator to join the team at Phil Mundays, Kilsyth

Collision industry experience essential. Audanet & iBodyshop experience desirable.

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers.

  • Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable, hard working and a team player.
