The Opportunity

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll take ownership of repairs across buses, trucks, trailers, and coaches — from strip-down through to final fit-out.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Remove, repair, and replace panels and structural components
• Perform metal shaping, welding, and fabrication
• Complete repairs to OEM standards and job specs
• Handle full disassembly and reassembly
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Maintain tools and workshop equipment
• Follow OH&S and PPE requirements
• Collaborate within a multi-trade, high-performing team

About You

You’re someone who takes real pride in your craft and delivers quality work every time.

• Trade-qualified Panel Beater (essential)
• Heavy vehicle experience (highly regarded)
• Strong skills in welding, fabrication & structural repair
• Knowledge of frame alignment & rust treatment
• Experience with filler work, sanding & paint prep
• High attention to detail
• Team-focused with solid communication skills
• Safety-first mindset
