We're looking for a People Administrator to join our People Team in Smithfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

 

About the Role

As our People Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the People Team across the full employee lifecycle. From preparing contracts and onboarding new team members to maintaining employee records and responding to HR enquiries, you'll play an important role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly.

Working across multiple areas of the business, you'll gain broad exposure to HR while supporting a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts, contract variations and other HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Manage People requests through Freshservice
  • Monitor visa, licence and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate service awards and employee recognition programs
  • Respond to employee and manager enquiries
  • Support the wider People Team with HR administration and projects

You'll be highly organised, enjoy working with people and take pride in producing accurate work. You can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently and enjoy being part of a team that supports the wider business.
