About the Role

Based in Smithfield, this is a hands-on HR support role across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be the backbone of People operations, keeping everything running smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end People admin (onboarding → changes → offboarding)
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts & variations
  • Maintain HRIS data and employee records with precision
  • Coordinate service awards & employee programs
  • Monitor and resolve People tickets (Freshservice)
  • Track visas, licences & compliance data
  • Manage first aid allowances & entitlements
  • Respond to employee queries with speed and professionalism

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in HR admin or People support
  • Strong knowledge of awards & employment contracts
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail & organisation skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
