The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the team at Wales Truck Repairs in Smithfield NSW!

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for quoting and processing vehicle repairs in a timely manner and according to Wales procedures.

Role responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required
  • Manage authorisations and additional work in correspondence with stakeholders to ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers
