The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Officer to support the smooth and efficient operation of our front office. In this role, you will assist with daily administrative tasks, help manage customer enquiries, and provide friendly, professional support to both staff and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their career in the repair industry.
Role responsibilities
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
